Regeneration should be environmentally friendly and carried out in equal collaboration with residents, local community, the Council and the developers.â€.Catalyst Housing representatives on-site in the early afternoon did not want to further comment but declared that “Catalyst bought the land, and the activists and the trees are now on private landâ€.
