Los Banos, CA, USA. 28th Dec, 2013. A view of San Luis Reservoir dam from Romero Visitor Center along Highway 152 is much more visible with the water levels way below normal. With the lack of rain and snow in the northern California area several of the reservoirs are seeing record lows in the water levels.
