Launched in 2004, fashion designers Vin + Omi began working with sustainable fashion and have developed as specialists in the field, creating designs from multiple sources. In August 2019 a collaboration was announced with Prince Charles to produce a line of clothing made out of nettles found in his Highgrove estate, which has expanded into using waste materials from Royal Parks. Other material collaborations have included Olympic sportswear and yacht sail fabrics, developing rPET fabric from ocean waste plastic, collaboration and use of their waste with Daler-Rowney, and headpieces made from KMS waste salon bottles and recycled wooden office furniture.
