He will appear at City of London Magistrates' Court on Friday, June 13. 11/05/04: London's Old Bailey criminal court, heard that two women patients died because of Walker's "gross negligence" and a vital operations register then disappeared from Theatre Two at the Royal Victoria Hospital, in Blackpool, and was found some time later in the loft of the doctor's home.
