This is a Minuteman III ICBM (intercontinental ballistic missile) launch control facility named 'November 1'. It is near New Raymer in Weld County, Colorado, USA. LGM-30 Minuteman missiles, a type of intercontinental ballistic missile (ICBM), entered service in 1962. They were stationed across the USA ready for launch against the Soviet Union (USSR) during the Cold War. Photographed by Clayton B. Fraser in the period 1996-7, forming part of the Historic American Engineering Record.
