Passenger pulls his weight! Coronation Sidecar Race at Crystal Palace track. The Coronation Sidecar Race was a feature of the Coronation Grand Prix motorcycle meeting on the Crystal Palace road-racing circuit. The race was over a distance of 10 miles (five laps) and was won by A. H. Horton (Norton). Photo shows: G. H. Taylor (Ariel) rounding a bend with his passenger precariously clinging on the sidecar. 15 May 1937
