The front building of Haus Schwarzenberg, at Rosenthaler Strasse 39, was built in 1864. Other buildings with several courtyards were added in 1907. From 1940-1944 Otto Weidt owned a workshop, to the rear of the front building, for manufacturing brushes and brooms for the Wehrmacht, employing and protecting several Jewish employees from deportation. The workshops to the rear, accessed by an archway in the front of the building, now house the Otto Weidt Museum, Ann Frank Zentrum Berlin, Kino Cinema, Monster Kabinett and Neurotitan Shop.
