"Pots for rags": early 20th century photograph of a woman and two children standing next to a small handcart which has a sign saying 'Pots for rags' hanging on the side. The girl's outfit incorporates two bathroom / kitchen taps and what appears to be a large metal spoon. The photograph was taken by J.H. Jamieson, a photographer with premises in Preston and Nelson, Lancashire, and Wrexham, North Wales.
