Sri Sathya Sai Baba Organization run a FREE mobile hospital out reach service to 12 villages in the state of Andhra Pradesh on the first 12 days of each month. It started under the direct guidance of Sai Baba with the instruction to take the hospital and doctors to the poor people of the state. The 12 villages act as nodal points which then serve the outlying villages. They take over the school of each village for one day a month and run the mobile clinics from the classrooms. The service has a fully functioning mobile hospital bus, and support staff with 350 volunteer doctors that work on a rota basis from the ashram in the town of Puttaparthi, Andhra Pradesh, India. At this school after the bus arrives and the ritual puja is finished all the school children chant the vedas / mantras as they walk to the patient waiting area, getting ready for the healthcare talk by the Doctor
