Under the leadership of Prince Norodom Sihanouk the Cambodian Prime Minister - 30,000 Cambodians recently took part in the construction of a 13 KM road linking the villages of Dangkor and Wat Siengg, about 20 KM from the capital.. This was the inauguration of the Prince's Working Policy under which all government officials - including Princes - M.P.s soldiers police, etc.. must spend one month a year at manual labour in the-fields, - factory etc
