SHEVCHENKOVE, UKRAINE - JUNE 3, 2022 - The bell tower of 12th-century Romanesque Saint Pantaleon’s Church is pictured in Shevchenkove village, Ivano-Frankivsk Region, western Ukraine. Being the only and oldest surviving church of the Halych-Volyn Principality (Kingdom of Ruthenia), the temple is part of the Ancient Halych National Reserve.
