In 2017 Sky News & others reported that Morrisons had struck a deal with grocery chain McColl's which will see the supermarket exclusively supply Safeway own-brand products to 1, 300 convenience stores and 350 newsagents. The photographer has therefore made an assumption that this vehicle is part of the supply chain for this venture.
