It was built in 1423, on initiative of Alvaro de Luna, Duke of Trujillo and Constable of Castile, who used it as a summer residence. Renaissance style. It owes its name to the Marquis of Villena, Juan Fernandez Pacheco, who benefited from the fall from grace of Alvaro de Luna. Doorway.
