Starving Jewish children sit in despair on a street in the Warsaw Ghetto, Poland 1941. The Ghetto was the largest of all the Nazi ghettos during World War II. It was established by the German authorities in November 1940. The total death toll among the prisoners of the Ghetto included 92,000 victims of starvation and related diseases.
