The test was proctored by U.S. Army 1st Lt. Matthew Hannon and U.S. Army Sgt. Celeste Vickery of the 2-263rd ADA BN, South Carolina Army National Guard, and was overseen by German Army 1st Lt. Thomas Taupp and German Army Sgt. Maj. Sven Theede of the German Armed Forces Command.
