The World Puddle Jumping Championships at Wicksteed Park in Northamptonshire on Wednesday October 25th. Youngsters have been making a splash at the World Puddle Jumping Championships at Wicksteed Park in Northamptonshire today (Wed). Competitors battled it out to make the biggest splash at the fifth annual contest in Kettering. Organisers created a special series of championship-standard puddles and judges gave scores based on things such as height of jump, enthusiasm, distance of splash and stickability (the amount of mud which clings to each competitor).
