Soldiers from Company C, 2nd Battalion, 30th Infantry Regiment, 4th Brigade Combat Team, 10th Mountain Division conducted live fire training to ensure that their skills remain sharp. As part of their training they fired both illumination and high explosive shells. Their target was a deserted mountainside outside their base.
