Airbus has built a test centre to look like the surface of Mars at its UK site in Stevenage. Here it is testing its prototypes for the European Space Agency's ExoMars mission that will land a rover on Mars. It has also developed a smaller Scout rover that will trundle ahead of the larger rovers to look for hazards.
