An overlook of Makerere, one of the northern parishes of Kampala city. In Luganda, the original local language of the Kampala region, Kampala means the city on seven hills. But as an effect of the huge population growth, many people are forced to live in the wetlands between the hills. Many of the wetland-areas are slums, but this one is just a regular area of Kampala.
