Birmingham, UK: Guests gather in the centre of town for the reception, Graham Riley holds his bride Lady (L) and Beccy Haywood (R) hold groom Rufus. A DOGGY wedding could be the most whirlwind yet as former lonely-hearts Rufus and Lady get hitched after dating for just THREE-WEEKS. Pictures show how love-up Bichon Frise Lady (3) and Cavachon Rufus (2) were walked up the aisle by their owners and were married to the delight of 60 human and canine wedding guests. Despite the speed of their relationship the setting couldn’t be more romantic – with the UK’s only pet registrar Ann Clark (57) presiding over the pooch-wedding on a bandstand in Birmingham’s Brindley Place. The pair of loved-up dogs met at a speed-dating event hosted by Free Radio in Birmingham – and as soon as they set eyes on each other they were glued at the hip. Since then they have enjoyed romantic trips to the cinema, candle-lit dinners and even stag and hen parties in the build-up to the biggest day of their lives.
