BUFFALO, NY-- A New York Army National Guard humvee, ready to be used to aid civil authorities exits the Masten Avenue Armory here on Wednesday, June 8, following a snow storm which hit the Buffalo area on June 7 at the same time intense cold affected the northeastern United States.
