View across the River Thames to the Canary Wharf development in London's docklands. Taken at dusk from Limehouse. The Canary Wharf development was built in London's derelict east-end docklands region. Begun in the 1980s, development continues today. The area is now a hub for banks and newspapers with excellent new transport connections via the Docklands Light Railway, riverboat services, London City Airport and the Jubilee Line underground (metro / subway) link.
