Commercial agreement between Germany and Russia, 1940. After the signing of the Hitler-Stalin Pact, following the partition of Poland, there was again a common border between Germany and Russia. Within the context of the new trade agreement the Soviet Union provided grain and raw materials to the Germans. The photo from 1940 shows the delivery of the first shipment, a representative of the Russian side reports the first grain train.
