COTONOU, Benin (Sept. 12, 2012) U.S. Navy Steel Worker 1st Class Bobby Wilson, embarked from High Speed Vessel Swift (HSV 2) assists at the clinic entry point while engaged in a Medical Civic Action Program as part of an Africa Partnership Station (APS) visit. APS is an international security cooperation initiative, facilitated by Commander, U.S. Naval Forces Europe-Africa, aimed at strengthening global maritime partnerships through training and collaborative activities in order to improve maritime safety and security in Africa.
