Danish late medieval religious fresco paintings: Kiss of Judas: The thorn coronation of Jesus. The faces of the executioners indicates the scorning of jesus, the left guard even shows his naked behind towards him. This painting from around year 1450 is from Moerkoev (Danish: (Mørkøv) church on Zealand, Denmark. The church roof is filled up with paintings created by the famous Isefjordsmaster and showing the life of Jesus Christ, from birth to crucifixion.
