Digitoxin. Molecular model of the cardiac glycoside chemical digitoxin (C41.H64.O13). Similar to digoxin, and also initially obtained from the foxglove plant, digitoxin is less used due medicinally due to its stronger and toxic effects. Atoms are represented as spheres and are colour-coded: carbon (grey), hydrogen (white) and oxygen (red). Illustration.
