Spending the last three years researching the yearly celebration, and travelling across Europe and America to take in some of the world’s best Halloween themed experiences, is Pleasureland boss – Norman Wallis. His newest attraction for the autumn half-term will see our resort become the “spook central” for friendly witches, monsters and vampires, in a “Happy Hallowe’en” experience for all the family. Norman told the Southport Visiter: “We know just how much kids love Halloween, and we have the perfect safe and secure environment for them to enjoy some trick or treat activity and a whole lot more. “Kids can interact with spooky characters, watch one of our Hallowe’en performances and see glowing UV puppets act out a ghostly tale in their own mini haunted house. “The big scare experiences are great – and we’re huge fans – but we thought it was time that some attention was paid to delivering a fun, happy Hallowe’en experience that the whole family could enjoy. “Our family Hallowe’en experience is not about scaring people – we’re about making them laugh and helping them enjoy themselves.” Norman said that once Pleasureland reaches the end of the 2014 summer season it will adopt a whole new character and will transform into the nation’s Hallowe’en capital.” Source Southport Visitor
