More information:

Dunluce Castle is a medieval castle located near Portrush in Country Antrim, Northern Ireland. The castle was built in the 13th century by members of the McQuillan family. The castle was claimed by the MacDonalds after they defeated the McQuillans in the 16th Century. After passing to the McDonnells, it ultimately deteriorated when the McDonnells fell on hard times in the late 16th century.
