Today Russia is the only country in the world where the seal cub severe hunting is still practised. Neonatal seals beat up to mors cudgels for the sake of fur. Interesting, surprising event. Cubs of the Greenland seal are not afraid of people. The townspeople of Kandalaksha frequently come on a coast of a gulf to feed seals with a fresh fish.
