Ground Position Signal (GPS) signal showing two red LED lights indicating that it may not be passed except under direct control of the controlling signaller. The two reds go out and the top blank light and bottom right hand light turn to white, this means you can pass the signal but must be prepared to stop at any obstruction or next signal. Used for shunting of empty coaching stock within depots (generally).
