Hever Castle, near Edenbridge, Kent, England. The castle has much history dating back to 1270. It was the home of Thomas Boleyn who bore a child named Ann Boleyn who grew up in the castle. She later became the famous wife of King Henry Vlll. Ann was executed, beheaded on the grounds of adultery and incest. These allegations are considered unconvincing by modern historians.) After her untimely death and the death her her father Thomas, the castle passed to King Henry Vlll. He lated bestowed it the Ann of Cleeves as part of their marriage annulment settlement.
