Andrew Davenport of the Ragdoll TV production company which was taken to Industrial Tribunal in Birmingham. Actor Isaac Blake who plays 'Tombilboo' in the company's 'In the Night Garden' for the BBC claims he was ignored when making a complaint about visibility from one of his characters costumes which caused him to fall off a chair.
