Jun 23, 2007 - Canton, Ohio, USA - Canton, Ohio Police Department, Officer Bobby Cutts, Jr. (30) has been arrested. The six-year police veteran is charged with two counts of murder: for Jessie Marie Davis (26) and for her unborn child, a girl due for delivery on July 3, which has been reported to be Cutts. Ms. Davis body was discovered about 3:30 p.m. in Hampton Hills Metro Park, Saturday June 23, 2007. The discovery came on the 10th day of a massive search and coincided with the arrest of her son's father, Bobby Cutts Jr. Local police also raided the home of Myisha Ferrell searching for more clues on Saturday night. Ms. Ferrell was not at her northwest Canton apartment when Stark County sheriff's deputies were looking for DNA trace evidence including blood, hair and fibers “which may be used as evidence of the crime of obstructing justice, ” according to the search warrant signed by Stark County Common Pleas Judge John Haas.
