More information:

The Kammermusiksaal, situated next to its more famous cousin, the Philharmonie, was also designed by Hans Scharoun as part of his overall concept for Berlin's 'Kulturforum'. However, this building was finally realised after many problems two decades after the building of the Philharmonie. Edgar Wisniewski, one of Scharoun's pupils, was brought in to collaborate on the project and it was completed in 1987.
