The star was a victim of theft while staying at the SoHo Grand two years ago, when a $13, 000 (ú7, 340) Marc Jacobs purse, $2, 500 (ú1, 410) in cash, a cell phone, digital cameras and a Balenciaga bag were all taken by an intruder. Jarrod Beinerman, 34, confessed to illegally entering the hotel suite and stealing the purse. He was sentenced to four-and-a-half years in jail last September (09). Now Beinerman's alleged accomplice in the burglary, James Jimenez, is set to stand trial on Thursday (24Sep09), and the Spider-Man actress has been called to testify against him, according to the New York Daily News.
