Liverpools iconic Liver Bird statue on top of the clock tower of the Royal Liver Building. The icons and emblem for the city of Liverpool. Originally used as a seal in the 1300's, the sculpture was designed by Carl Bernard Bartels to top the Royal Liver Building when it was built in 1911.
