Bluebell Railway, Station Approach, Uckfield, UKMore information:
The Bluebell Railway was the first preserved standard gauge passenger line in the world. Situated in the Sussex countryside it ran from Sheffield Park to Horsted Keynes. It is a registered charity and through donations and sponsorship extended the line to East Grinstead (the former home town of Dr Beeching) where it now connects with the mainline electric trains. The stations are very popular with film makers but the railway has not forgotten that its roots lie with the paying public so there are attractions for all ages throughout the year.
