Among the 27, 000 who attended the last day was Tony Blair's wife Cherie Blair and their three eldest children. With the doors due to shut for the last time at 6pm, the New Millennium Experience Company, which runs the London attraction, only allowed 27, 000 to come to Greenwich today, but with more than 60, 000 people attending the Dome's final weekend, the year-long visitor figure reached around the 6.5 million mark.
