Native American group Circle Legacy Center, in opposition to the planned Central Penn Line South pipeline, hold a drum in with the Northern Arawak Tribal Nation of Pennsylvania congregate to mourn the ongoing desecration of Chief's Hill in Manor Township.They believe the hill , known as “Indian Round Top” or “Chief’s Hill, ” was a Native American burial mound, and possibly the site of Conestoga Indian Town — one of the most culturally significant Native American archaeological/historical sites in all of Pennsylvania.
