Pakistani Irfan Ali was in his native country textile engineer and his family was doing well, but the security situation in the country rapidly deteriorated. His family became the target of persecution, two brothers were killed in terrorist attacks and he had one day to decide what to do. He chose to flee Libya, and thence came as a refugee in Italy, particularly in Sicily.
