Saint Cadoc's Hospital, Caerleon, on the northern outskirts of Newport, South Wales, UKMore information:
Saint Cadoc's Hospital opened in 1906 and was known as Newport Borough Asylum. The site is still very much in use and specialises in mental health. The number of patients has fallen with an emphasis on care in the community. As a result the second floor has been mothballed but has fallen into disrepair. Due to the lack of use, the hospital has been popular and making it an ideal location with both Urban Explorers and television programs for such as Doctor Who, Torchwood, and Being Human.
