Rachel Whitear's coffin is led to a hearse, after it was exhumed at the Church of St Peter in Withington, near Hereford. It was originally thought that Miss Whitear died from a drugs overdose at her bedsit in Exmouth, Devon, but no post-mortem examination was carried out prior to an inquest which recorded an open verdict.
