Spanish pork stew. Ingredients: 4 pork chops, 4 Butifarra sausage, 1 chopped onion, 2 chopped garlic cloves, 1/2 glass dry white wine, 4 chopped tomatoes, 1 bay leaf, 2 tbsp chopped parsley, 2 tbsp olive oil, pepper and salt. Method: Heat the oil on a large pan, fry pork chops on both sides, set aside, fry sausage, onion and garlic. Rotate the sausages to fry on both sides. Add pork chops, pour the wine, add tomatoes and bay leaf, salt and pepper. Sprinkle with parsley, cover and simmer for 30 minutes. Slice sausage and simmer another 5 minutes.
