RUC officers in Portadown today (Tuesday) survey the severely damaged buildings in the town centre caused by the explosion of a large car bomb in the area yesterday afternoon. Warnings were issued in time for the area to be evacuated before the attack, for which no-one has yet claimed responsibility. There were no injuries. See PA story ULSTER Bomb.
