Table tracker technology enables servers to deliver food to customers. Panera Bread opens it's 1, 500th bakery-cafe, in the Chelsea neighborhood of New York, on Tuesday, February 7, 2012. The St. Louis, MO based company already operates 90 bakery cafes in the tri-state area.
