The 45 metre radio telescope at Nobeyama Radio Observatory (NRO) near Minamimaki, Nagano, Japan Tuesday August 16th 2016. The NRO is a project run by the National Astronomical Observatory of Japan (NAOJ), and the institute of the National Institute of Natural Sciences (NINS). The site, operates powerful, advanced radio telescopes, including a 45-m Radio Telescope (one of the world's largest), The Nobeyama Radio Polarimeter, and the 6 antenna Nobeyama millimetre array.
