The B listed Folly, Binns Tower (aka "Dalyell's Folly" and "The Wager"), in the grounds of the House of the Binns, in West Lothian. Built as the result of a wager by "old money" Sir James Dalyell in 1826, it was designed to overlook, be seen by, and to generally annoy his "new money" neighbours, the Hopes of South Queensferry.
