This area has some of the highest cliffs in the world. This glass viewpoint is not for the faint hearted as it is the 3rd highest drop in the world with a glass floor. The cliff plunges straight down to the Atlantic Ocean. It is exhilarating to take in the views. Also behind the structure are shops selling traditional Madeiran Hats, toys, blankets and knitted items to tempt the tourists
