Aberystwyth, Ceredigion, Wales, UK 30th March 2016. UK Weather: Blue hour at dusk in Aberystwyth, Blue hr being a period of twilight during dawn each morning and dusk each evening when the sun is a significant distance below the horizon and the residual, indirect sunlight takes on a predominantly blue hue. The new bandstand of Aberystwyth photographed here with a long exposure at blue hour is nearing completion after much delay, partly down to stormy weather and is often seen being battered by big waves as it sits on the west coast of Wales, but after having a glorious day of good weather that continued into the evening, the modern architecture can be appreciated up-close. © Ian Jones/Alamy Live News
