Traditional English pub dating back to the 14th century with a lovely atmosphere. Home cooked food, summer BBQs, Sunday roasts and good ale. Don't forget the fabulous beer garden! Before becoming a pub the Red Cow was probably part of the old Workhouse. The Dates are the earliest that the building is Recorded as a public house - the actual date of the building is much earlier in many cases. C16 timber framed building with jettied 1st floor, but refronted. 2 storeys and attic. 2 1st floor and 2 ground floor windows, one gabled dormer all glazing bars complete. Plastered front. 2 panel bead flush door under brick gable end on corbels.
